Looking for someone to paint the timber beams and frame of my outdoor patio/pergola. Paint will be supplied. Only the timber beams and structure need painting — not the polycarbonate roof sheets. The patio runs along the house and has multiple beams/rafters (see photos). Work is overhead so ladder access will be required. Scope: • Paint all timber beams and supports • Careful cutting around the polycarbonate roofing panels • Ideally 2 coats depending on coverage Area will be cleared before work.

Need someone to install a 3.6 Ezy-Curb to my driveway gutter and fix it down. I’ve been told it’s a quick job for someone with the tools. Instructions for fixing: Once your ramp is in the correct position, use a 6.5mm masonry drill bit and drill down through the pre-drilled holes in the centre of each ramp section. Please ensure the hole is deep enough (pin length is 100mm) so the pin does not bottom out. Then simply apply the stainless steel       washer to each concrete spike and drive them in using a hammer.

I need the trunk of a large fan palm sawn back and the dead frongs on it removed. I need a gas bottle bracket attached to the external brick wall of my house. I need the painting of the frame of pergola finished off. I started it the uprights are done and some of the cross beams.

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.

I need an EasyShed shed assembled in a carport. 2.25m (L) * .78m (D) * 1.95m (H). The ground isn't quite level with about a 8-10mm drop at the back, if that makes a difference.

Painting woodwork under the pergola area. Corrugated roofing is due to be upgraded so painting the beams does not need to be accurate as paint on the roof does not matter at this stage. Paint will be provided. Last guy was totally unreliable and did not show up multiple times and with no notice. We are looking for someone who can reliably complete this job.

Install a DIY Aluminum metal pergola (Miami curved pergola from exterior Life). The pergola has 2 posts, both of which slide into metal sleeves that have already been installed into concrete footing. No dyna bolt to concrete floor to fix post required. Fix post to steel sleeve using M12 bolt. All material is DIY, standard lengths, and standard screws/ bolts supplied.
