Scope of work: • Remove existing fabric/retractable canopy • Supply and install solid opal polycarbonate roofing (wind-safe, UV protected) • Install privacy / wind protection on 2–3 sides (café blinds, wind mesh, or fixed screens – open to recommendation) • Reinforce pergola frame where required for wind stability • Secure and weatherproof all fixings Details: • Pergola approx 3m x 3m • Location: Oran Park NSW 2570 • Spa underneath – work must be suitable for heat, moisture & wind • Preference for clean, neat finish (black/charcoal fittings)

Fence and gate covering a 2.5m driveway to keep kids in the back garden. Looking for as cheap as possible. Driveway also has a slant to consider for any posts being bolted into the driveway / ground. Have considered black aluminium pool fencing and gate from bunnings. But open to other ideas Please quote fixed for labour and materials (all in cost). And separate out in cost. I would like to build a timber rectangle pergola 5m long 3m wide Posts will be bolted to the concrete slab

Have a pergola about 12m long. Need 3 - 4 batten lights connected to middle pergola beam. Also need 1 or 2 flood lights connected against pergola to face yard. Have an existing hard wire with some length about 5 metres as a start. May also need to divert a plug point to BBq area counter or against screening post if its possible and meets regulations. Needed by Monday 22nd or latest latest 23rd Tuesday. Thanks.
