Pergola 2.7m x 5.7m . Gabled roof. 1-2 steps. Not attached to house . Gutter on only 1 long side. Hand Rail on one short side. Timber frame, laser lite roof.

I would like to quote an expansion of my current pergola (or a completely new build, depending on the price). Please include materials if possible. Ideally, I would like it to be wooden + semi-transparent roofing (for a bit of shade and rain cover), but also open to other material suggestions. See image for more information.

Tasker will be removing the concrete surrounding the steel column x 9 columns for an area of 1m below the top of the column so the steel column is cleanly exposed. The Tasker will need to use a light/medium size hand jack hammer and angle grinder to first cut a grid of cuts so concrete pieces will pop off easier once touched with the jack hammer. Some of the columns (as pictured will need the use of a scissor lift, which I will provide along with training on how to use safely for the Tasker. If the Tasker has a ‘yellow card’ (EWPA) that will be looked upon favourably. If the Tasker has their own tools, that will be looked upon favourably. Safety clothing, ear/eye/foot protection is a must. Refer pictures for more details. Open to any questions. Work time is flexible and can be undertaken over a number of agreed days but the right tasker is probably capable of finishing the same day. Car parking access is easy where Tasker’s vehicle will be within meters of where Tasker will be working. Work cannot occur before 7am or after 6pm. If on a Saturday not before 9am or after 3pm. Demolish and dispose of - 1. cupboards and one plaster wall (timber frame and plaster) in one bedroom, and 2. Just one plaster wall (timber frame and plaster) in another bedroom. The same type of cupboard has already been removed from one of the bedrooms.
