Straighten and secure existing outdoor tap Existing copper garden tap and pipe are new and already in place. The wall behind it has been rebuilt and the previous timber support was on an angle, so the copper riser/tap is currently twisted rather than sitting square to the new block wall. Need the existing pipe/tap straightened as required and securely fixed neatly to the wall. 2. Connect new driveway strip drain to existing stormwater I’m installing a strip/channel drain across the bottom of the driveway and need it connected into the existing 100mm PVC stormwater system. * Strip drain supplied by me * Existing 100mm stormwater pipe is accessible * There is an existing pipe approximately 2m up the driveway which may be suitable for connection * I’ve also exposed the stormwater pipe near the LPOD, approximately 4m away * At the exposed LPOD point, the top of the 100mm pipe is approximately 130mm below the proposed finished ground level at the strip drain * Plumber to assess levels/fall and determine the simplest suitable connection point and route * Prefer pipework to remain beneath the driveway/path rather than through the adjoining garden bed * Plumber to supply required PVC pipe, bends, couplings/fittings and other minor plumbing materials The site is currently excavated/open and easily accessible, so it should be a relatively straightforward job for someone experienced. Timing is important: formwork and crushed rock are planned for Tuesday, with the driveway concrete planned for Wednesday, so I need this completed beforehand. Photos and plan attached.

It has a 2cm layer of concrete on the top and the rest is brick. You will come , demolish it and take it all to the tip. There is access for a Ute and can also provide permit parking.

The roof is 3m x 3m. We have the corrugated tinted Suntuf roofing sheets, 3m x 86cm and the appropriate screws. The back yard has rear lane-way access. We have a suitable ladder. We will remove the sun-cloth and lights before you arrive.

Break down concrete basin in garden bed left over from an old water feature. The basin is 800w x 1200mml and 300mm deep. the concrete is about 100mm wide. Bottom + 3 sides need to be jack hammered.

Description: Water is leaking heavily through our low-pitch terracotta tile verandah/pergola roof. The overall roof area is compact, roughly 5m wide by 1.8m deep. The main issue is in the back-left corner (as pictured), where the flashing has lifted/perished and tiles have shifted or are missing beneath a PVC downpipe elbow, leaving an open void where water enters directly. Scope of work: - Inspect the leak area and the rest of the 5m x 1.8m roof section. - Supply and install appropriate flashing (lead/apron/soaker) properly integrated with the brickwork and downpipe exit. - Re-seat and replace any missing, cracked, or displaced terracotta tiles (i have 4-5 spares) - Check surrounding joins and ensure the penetration is completely watertight. - Tidy up and remove any job debris. Requirements: -Experienced roof plumber or licensed roofer - Must bring own ladder, tools, and required materials (flashing, sealants, replacement terracotta tiles if needed).
