Excavate 300mm deep & remove dirt (to prepare for garden planting) Keep side fences with neighbours (want you to be careful with this), remove fence and gate facing street in rear of property Remove dirt, rubble, shed structure etc. Easy access for trucks/machinery though rear We have demolition permit in hand. can send that plus planning when work has been accepted.
