We are looking for a builder to help us patch up the exterior of our brick home. We had a builder remove a pergola from our back courtyard, and it exposed some gaps between the bricks. He put in expanding foam. We are looking for someone to cut / clean the foam (see photos) and tidy up the facade with concrete / brick / open to ideas. We don’t need to replicate the brick facade, just tidy it up and make sure all gaps are sealed.

Seeking an experienced installer to assemble and secure a 5x 3 meter freestanding Pergolux louvred pergola on our decking area. The installation is designed to be straightforward, with clear instructions provided. Flushing required. The electrics are pre-wired and operate from a single box — no electrician required. Someone will be on-site to assist with lifting and setup, but you’ll take the lead on the installation to ensure correct alignment, secure fixing, and a neat finish. Requirements: • Proven experience installing Pergolux or similar aluminium louvred pergolas (please provide examples or photos) • Must bring own tools and equipment • Fully insured • Confident taking lead on installation and ensuring watertight finish

Want to build a brick garden patio roughly 2.6m * 5m, with a step up to our back door also built from bricks - door is 50cm higher than the garden. Also, infill a few missing rows of bricks where old floors were removed. We will supply some reclaimed bricks, but unsure if it's enough.

I've finished construction of a bike shed, I need someone to anchor the shed to the concrete driveway. It requires around 16 anchors to be driven into the concrete.

Removal of concrete from driveway approx 6.2m x 2.5m (concrete slab thickness approx 8 cm. Plus removal of bricks approx 1.8m x 1.4. You will need to bring all required tools and dispose of concrete/bricks. (Optional - level soil in preparation for new driveway)

Requiring repair to the topper of a driveway wall, and some patching up of the outer rendering of wall
