I need my bathroom and separate wc stripped out ready for re sheeting. The walls are asbestos. The bathroom and wc are right next to the garage and provides easy access to the street which is a cul de sac with plenty of parking. I would line everything removed and appropriate precautions taken for asbestos. You must be a licensed asbestos remover. I am able to distribute the notice of asbestos removal in the required timeframe to the neighbors to save you an addition trip.

We need a shed and the concrete slab it is sitting on to be demolished and the debris removed. The shed / slab measures approx 2.5m x 4m. It is in the back corner of our property and the only access is via the front gate - approx 35m distance. The shed itself is in good condition and could be re-used potentially, although the internal uprights are cemented in.
