The works would include: * Removing the existing toilet and laundry fittings. * Demolishing the adjoining wall and cupboard wall highlighted in the photo to open the two areas into one larger space. * As far as we are aware, the walls are not load-bearing/retaining, although this will need to be confirmed. * The toilet will be removed and not replaced. * Plumbing will eventually be altered to accommodate a washing machine and sink only.
