Bathroom demo -Bathtup - Vanity- Tiles on Shower, bathtub area- remove Floor

I have an old concrete patio about 25sqm that needs to be removed and put into a skip, that will be provided. It’s about 50mm thick from where I can see. I expect it is a solid days work for two people. We have shovel and wheelbarrow to move the broken concrete to the skip. You will need a demolition saw and hammer to do the job properly. These are not provided so either you will own these or can source them on your own.

We need to demolish approx 8m of existing stud wall and build approx 11m of new stud wall. New stud wall will need to be gyprocked and painted. Will also need to be done over the weekend as it's a working office Monday to Friday. We will take care of the waste disposal. Thanks

We have retail shop in Wendouree and need to demolish interior plaster wall and remove frame inside the wall. It’s L shape wall . Wall height is approximately 4000 mm. Removal of that wall and remove rubbish from shop and put back in skip bin in backyard. Also we need to remove some furniture and fixtures from the kitchen. There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.

Tasker will be removing the concrete surrounding the steel column x 9 columns for an area of 1m below the top of the column so the steel column is cleanly exposed. The Tasker will need to use a light/medium size hand jack hammer and angle grinder to first cut a grid of cuts so concrete pieces will pop off easier once touched with the jack hammer. Some of the columns (as pictured will need the use of a scissor lift, which I will provide along with training on how to use safely for the Tasker. If the Tasker has a ‘yellow card’ (EWPA) that will be looked upon favourably. If the Tasker has their own tools, that will be looked upon favourably. Safety clothing, ear/eye/foot protection is a must. Refer pictures for more details. Open to any questions. Work time is flexible and can be undertaken over a number of agreed days but the right tasker is probably capable of finishing the same day. Car parking access is easy where Tasker’s vehicle will be within meters of where Tasker will be working. Work cannot occur before 7am or after 6pm. If on a Saturday not before 9am or after 3pm. I need a brick wall demolished. The wall is approximately 2 m high with a 1.5 brick cross section (around 350 mm x 350 mm). No waste disposal is required as I will look after all rubble and waste. You just need to safely demolish and remove the wall material. You definitely need to have a jack hammer for this job. Please don’t apply if you don’t jack hammer. We need a shed and the concrete slab it is sitting on to be demolished and the debris removed. The shed / slab measures approx 2.5m x 4m. It is in the back corner of our property and the only access is via the front gate - approx 35m distance. The shed itself is in good condition and could be re-used potentially, although the internal uprights are cemented in.
