We have been putting this for too long and I don’t see it happening so I’m here to get your helping hands. We are demolishing a little wall is about 5.3M long, 50cm tall. It has a 2cm layer of concrete on the top and the rest is brick. You will come , demolish it and take it all to the tip. There is access for a Ute and can also provide permit parking.

The roof is 3m x 3m. We have the corrugated tinted Suntuf roofing sheets, 3m x 86cm and the appropriate screws. The back yard has rear lane-way access. We have a suitable ladder. We will remove the sun-cloth and lights before you arrive.

Description: Water is leaking heavily through our low-pitch terracotta tile verandah/pergola roof. The overall roof area is compact, roughly 5m wide by 1.8m deep. The main issue is in the back-left corner (as pictured), where the flashing has lifted/perished and tiles have shifted or are missing beneath a PVC downpipe elbow, leaving an open void where water enters directly. Scope of work: - Inspect the leak area and the rest of the 5m x 1.8m roof section. - Supply and install appropriate flashing (lead/apron/soaker) properly integrated with the brickwork and downpipe exit. - Re-seat and replace any missing, cracked, or displaced terracotta tiles (i have 4-5 spares) - Check surrounding joins and ensure the penetration is completely watertight. - Tidy up and remove any job debris. Requirements: -Experienced roof plumber or licensed roofer - Must bring own ladder, tools, and required materials (flashing, sealants, replacement terracotta tiles if needed).

I am having some plumbing repaired under the driveway and so the front part of the sunken driveway will be ripped up. Needing a concreter to replace the ripped up section which is from the footpath up to the front of my house The soil will be compacted with 100mm of compacted crush rock/ road base leaving around 120mm in concrete thickness. Demolition of Aluminum shed approx 2.5m x 1.5m already falling apart. Needs to be demolished and taken away. Chipboard base to be removed from concrete driveway. Chipboard doesn’t need to taken away.

i'll need to send you the pdf drawings for you to suss out. basically it's a steel frame with colorbond cladding and a big 5M long roller door. probably a two man job but if you know what you're doing it should be fine. I have the full install manuals etc. laneway access on a corner lot. Ignore the slab setdown in the pic, its for the sauna. Im happy to pay for the quote. thank you
