Hello, we are in need of a small repair to the underside of a reinforced concrete slab/ceiling in my ground-floor garage/storage area. There is an existing opening where a small section of concrete has been removed to repair a leak in a copper water pipe. The pipes are partially exposed inside the opening currently.
