'm looking to build a gazebo over our existing deck. The purpose of the gazebo is two fold - A) to provide privacy from overlooking apartments, and b) a shelter part of the deck for BBQ, furniture etc. Ideally, looking at a timber solution, in keeping with exterior of house, with an angled roof. The roof could be part slats or colourbond. The deck itself is 6m x 4.3m. I have recently purchased an easy shed 3x1 meter garden shed and I’m looking for someone to fasten it to my driveway against my fence line. The driveway is almost perfectly flat, but has pebble surface, so it will need a very basic wooden base to be built and then shed fastened to it. Shed assembly not required. EasyShed fastening kit not currently on hand, but able to be ordered if needed.

Hi Matt getting back to you re the pergola. So will need guttering to attached to main house as well as you guys will be able to get the building permit from the council. Also under the brick flooring is concrete so evidently needs extra 'whatever' sorry cannot remember what the 1st builder said , Would it be possible for one of your guys to come round and have a look and a chat. Hi there, I’m looking for someone to build and paint a slatted timber underslung infill to my existing pergola as a more permanent shade solution to the shade sail you will see in the attached images. Area is 3m span across by 4.8m long.. I would like someone who has access to trade costs in relation to timber and understands timber spans etc. it may be better on a metal frame. I’ll cover all costs of materials just need someone with know how and tools I have also added a couple of images to roughly show what I’m trying to achieve..

Looking to build a 3m x 3m hardwood timber pergola: 1. Set 4x cypress 3m posts into ground (can be slightly smaller to allow for use of 3m length timbers). Set direct into concrete or use stirrup post anchors in concrete. 2. Attach 4 x 3m treated pine or hardwood (tbd) 190mm beams fixed in place with galv bolts. 3. Attach 4 x 190mm treated pine or hardwood cross beams/rafters equally spaced. Cross beams to be attached internally to the structure with joist hangers/framing brackets. Area for pergola is prepared and holes can be dug in preparation for posts prior to starting. Looking for someone with the skills to do a great job and come prepared with the tools to get the job done. I can help and do any labouring required with this job. I can supply the all materials if required or this can be supplied as part of the job. Please specify in your offer what you are including. Flexible on timing for this job.
