Camera not working keeps showing distorted images

I had someone installed cruise control in my corolla fielder 2016 hybrid in feb this year, doesn't work anymore. Need someone to fix it or maybe install a new one at a decent price. Paid 250$ , not willing to pay more than 150$.

I bought my car few weeks ago with all of the electrical installation inside for the fridge. The thing is the last owner didn’t plug the dcdc with the main battery of the car : My dcdc doesn’t charge the second battery when it’s on and the fridge is connected at the second battery but it seems flat. I am not sure 100% about what i’m saying but it’s what i was thinking. need someone to fix it. If you have a charger for a flat battery with a bms wake up it could work
