This needs to be discreet and natural, so a modern smartphone (such as the latest iPhone or Samsung) or a small mirrorless/DSLR camera is ideal. Content we’re looking for includes: • Staff interacting with and standing among the crowd • Short video clips of staff moving through the event environment walking through crowds etc • Lifestyle-style shots with trees, sunset lighting, and event atmosphere All content must be high resolution and suitable for both print and social media advertising. Engagement time is 2.5 hours (6:00pm to 8:30pm). Please note there may be some downtime depending on event activity, so flexibility and patience are important. Discretion is important.
