Session 1 — Morning presentation (1 hour on site) • Start time approx. 9:30–10:00am (confirming Friday) • 30 minutes of the talk itself, filmed • Remaining 30 minutes for setup beforehand and a few photos with delegates afterwards Session 2 — Afternoon workshop (60–90 minutes) • The workshop runs twice, 45 minutes each, for two different groups • Happy for you to stay the full 90 minutes and cover both, or 60 minutes if that suits better — the content repeats, so one full run plus extra angles works fine What I’m after: • Video coverage of the 30-minute presentation • Coverage of the afternoon workshop • A few photos/short video clips of audience interaction and networking (no audio needed for these) • Professional photography across both sessions • 1 x polished 60-second highlight video for website and social use • 10 professionally edited photographs • Professional audio capture of the presentation where venue setup allows • Delivery of final edited content plus raw files, so I can cut additional reels later
