Photo & Video: Half-Day Training Event at Abbotsford Convent (April 25th) We're a social enterprise running a half-day training at The Oratory, Abbotsford Convent on Saturday April 25th (10:30am - 3:30pm) and we're looking for a photographer/videographer to capture the day. What we need: • Candid photography throughout the day. The room, the facilitation, participant moments, audience shots, the in-between. Natural, warm, editorial feel, not posed or corporate. • Continuous video capture of the training and the audience. Full session coverage including facilitator and participant moments. Portrait orientation preferred for social content. We want the raw footage to work with later. • Testimonial recordings with participants post-event. Clean audio is essential. Deliverables: • Edited photos (colour corrected, delivered digitally) • Full video capture of the day both speakers and audience (raw files) • Testimonial recordings with clean audio (raw files) Open to suggestions: If you have ideas on what a light edit package could look like on top of capture (short social cuts, a recap reel, etc.) we'd love to hear what you'd propose and at what cost. We are in search of a skilled Photographer/Videographer to capture and edit content for a cafe setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience capturing food, coffee, and venue aesthetics, as well as creating engaging reels. Compensation for this role is $150 per shoot. We're after a videographer who is available on Monday the 29th of July 2024 for approx 5 hours to film customer testimonials from 3 small businesses. The time period we are looking at is 10am to 3pm. The businesses are located in Brunswick, Abbotsford and Cremorne. Total driving distance is 12km, so you will need your own vehicle. We have prepared each of the small businesses and they will know you are coming. We have a script to just ask them basic questions, which they will respond to on camera. I estimate that the customer testimonials would be 10mins to 20 mins max each. Overall we have estimated 5 hours in total, just in case there are any delays. In terms of equipment, we would like each person to speak using a lapel mic. Please also provide details on what camera and mic you are intending on using. Thank you, happy to answer any questions.

HELP! I am looking for a miracle… I have a video camera that has sentimental value and was bought as a gift on the birth of my baby to record all his moments. Unfortunately said baby decided to hide the video camera inside a mop bucket of water where it was submerged for over 24 hours before discovery. Hoping some miracle worker can help!!
