Day 2 is a private dinner from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at a different CBD location. We require high-quality photos of speakers, audience engagement, networking moments, and overall event atmosphere. The private dinner will be more candid and relaxed in style. We also need short-form video b-roll captured on a professional camera, not a phone. This should include speakers, audience interactions, and general event footage suitable for social media and advertising. Deliverables include all raw images and video files, along with a selection of edited images. A quick turnaround for a small number of images within 24 to 48 hours would be preferred.
