Hi we have a leak we've had for a while ever since we removed the flashing at the bottom of our doors on our balcony. Looking for someone to purchase and properly install flashing + seal at the bottom of two of our door frames tomorrow at 10.30am. The place is an Airbnb so time has to be then as they can give access. We will cover cost of all materials. The screws holding where the window opener sits are loose and the wood is split a bit so the device needs to be moved up and screwed in and the corresponding opener also moved up and screwed in.
