Hi we are from Oscar Wylee, Our optom door handle falling off from door- preventing door from staying closed when in with patients. when it got looked at last time- the repair guy said that the internal rod is too long and that is what is causing all the issues and requires new handle to prevent this issue from continuing to happen.
