We need an electrician to install a garage door opener on a single garage. It is currently a manual lock up metal garage door. There is an electrical line running near where the opener would need to be installed but no existing outlet. I have spares of the door handles, same doors in all of the house and after a number of years they get stuck and need to be replaced. Builder gave me spare packs - they have Allen key, screws and I know there is some fiddling to get the position right and then good to go. So someone that has a clue and not a newbie, but doesn’t need to be an expert, it takes like 15 mins if you know what your doing

Hi, One of my indoor wooden doors is broken. It looks like the main wooden support has come loose and is still attached to the door, but the entire structure seems damaged.
