Hi, I’d like to arrange a service for my garage door. The motor has become a bit noisier than usual over the last little while. Today, I also noticed the door didn’t fully open on its own, and I had to give it a little assistance to get it fully open. I’m hoping it’s just due for a routine service, but I’d appreciate having it inspected to make sure everything is working properly.

My remote control has two buttons, one opening the sliding fence gate, and the other the batwing hinged doors to the carport. The carport doors are not responding to the remote control.
