Garage Door Repair – 6m Sectional Panel Door Looking for an experienced garage door technician to service and repair a 6m wide x 2.2m high sectional door. Issues: Cables have come loose. Bottom cable brackets/anchors are missing and incorrectly secured with tek screws — need proper replacements. Torsion shaft — replacement needed. May require an additional torsion spring for balance. Door might need stiffening/reinforcement. Scope: Inspect and diagnose. Supply and install correct cables, bottom brackets, and tension components. Replace torsion tube and/or add spring if required. Ensure the door runs smoothly and safely. Please quote labour + parts and advise availability. House is tenanted, but door is in open position and easily inspectable from footpath. I will just need to let tenants know.

The bottom portion of the garage door Is little out of alignment. We can see the light from the bottom when closed. Photos attached. Hence when entirely opened it brushes with the ceiling portion. The bottom most panel should be placed back in the position and small dent fixed at the front as seen in the photo. - Due date: Flexible
