We've recently bought a custom designed barn door from Studio Sarai in Coolbellup. We've also ordered the hardware/parts for the wall-mounted track. We need someone experienced to install the tracks and to mount the door. Please let us know if you can help!

We have everything supplied and on site - doorframe, door, all seals and door furniture. The existing wall and door are soundrated, so we need to make sure the doorframe doesn't leak sound as much as possible. We need the metal doorframe fitted (suggest it be filled with insulation and acoustic foam but need to discuss), then the door hung and raven seals installed (Raven: RP78Si + RP120 + RP70Si) and door handles fitted.

Laundry door is catching on the bottom half making it difficult/noisy to open and close the door, you can kind of see in the pictures at the bottom half of the door where it’s been catching and the paint has come off, there’s a decent gap on the top half. Apart from this the door is solid and works well. This second door is a Front door lock which is usable but loose and not working very well. Top screw is missing as shown in pictures but hole is too big to put another screw in. Also when trying to lock with a key I have to pull the door towards me by the handle for it to work correctly. Mainly just needs an adjustment

I Need my bathroom door to reverse swing towards hall way(want to pull the door instead of push) . Door handle stays same spot. The 2 Black hinges on wooden door frame need to be flipped over. Black hinges to be re-used and stay approx same position. I have removed door stop and door. The door frame is timber. Please quote with your availability. I will do the painting. Thank you.

The sliding door to the backyard is hard to close and open. It needs new rollers and potential smoothing of the rail that the door sits on. Fly screen is also not sitting flush on the rails
