This is a large sliding door to warehouse area in Myaree. Over time dust and debris has built up in the floor track and also the overhead rollers (approx 4.2m tall) have likely become difficult to operate and in need of oiling / lubrication. It has just recently got to the point where it is very hard to open without some brute strength. Needing someone to attend and give it a once over and improve it's condition atleast to allow it to be opened and closed by one person, even if still with a bit of force required. Needing completed by end of Monday, though welcome to access earlier, we have a lockbox on site. Photos attached thanks

Workshop door is difficult to slide closed, appears a vehicle has backed into the frame. Looking for someone experienced to come and review/straighten out the frame and get the door closing properly. Can currently close, but requires jamming the door catch into its padlock slot, and then a lot of effort to drag metal on metal at angles it doesn't want to be at.

The pop rivet hinge is sagging on the aluminium door frame so the front door won’t shut properly. ( extra money if you can hang a pendant light and get hot water fixed on a kitchen tap and install a dishwasher, however I will be posting them as seperate jobs). I need help opening my sliding door to put my sofa inside and putting back the sliding door

The rear double glass sliding doors do not align, and are very difficult to lock, sometimes the sliding door does not lock. I need someone to inspect the rollers, clean up, potentially fix/replace them, and realign the doors so that the door opens and closes properly and is able to be locked. This is a rental property, so there will be some interactions with the tenants.
