G’day, Need an experienced handyman for residential work converting a second living area into a teenager’s room. Two passageways (both 89cm x 240cm) between corridor and room need closing off: Passageway 1 - Complete closure: - Full plasterboard installation blocking off opening - Cornicing and skirting boards to match existing - White IKEA cabinet wedged in space needs removing first (not attached) - Only one side needs to be done, the other side is closed by an internal cabinet Passageway 2 - Sliding door: - Install IKEA SKYTTA track system to top of opening - Track needs cutting into existing cornicing for flush fit - I’ll handle door assembly/hanging - just need track installed properly Important notes: - Feature wallpaper will be replaced after work, so no need to be precious about it - Both openings need professional cornice work (why I’m not DIY-ing) - Flexible timing - any time within next month works Photos attached showing current setup.

Sliding doors for both glass sliding door and built in wardrobe are not working and heavy to move, if at all. I assume roller issues for both. Need repaired/replaced by competent handyman or similar
