Hello, Would like to fix the door gap and the bottom hinge. Currently our external door only has two hinges. Want to add one more in the middle to support and hopefully close up that little gap at the top as u can see from the pictures. Hi. I am looking for a quote and some help with 2 sliding wooden doors. 1 is the kitchen to laundry door - it has become stuck and a struggle to open/close - it is also uneven and overall a pain. Looking for some help to fix this issue. Another is the laundry to garage sliding door which is also not even/big gaps from some shoddy work. I am looking for this to be fixed too or, depending on prices, actually looking to replace sliding door with an actual wooden door that opens and closes with a lock. Also need a small wall section repaired (plaster damage) and a narrow ceiling strip above a bedroom window patched where a curtain track was removed (about 3m long x 25mm wide). Doors, hinges, handles, paint, and ladder are supplied – you’ll need to bring screws and tools. Easy elevator access (no stairs). Painting will be done separately – this job is just to hang the doors and repair the wall and ceiling so they’re ready for paint. Budget is $600 for labour only. We have three Queenslander windows that need some slight adjustments. One can’t currently be opened purely due to new paint and one large window all three panels can’t be closed need to shave down the timber, reattach the latches and unscrew a small metal bar that was attached to the original fly screen the third window opens fine however is extremely heavy and needs a little Sanding. Overall, I want to improve the overall finish of these three windows. A small amount of Sanding and touchups may be required to achieve a more polished detail level that I am after. Please post a price to complete the job
