The bottom hinge on the external gate has no pin and is unaligned, making it very hard to open and close.

Change the door handles for 6 doors, and remove old ones. New door handles will be provided. Install new main door lock and remove old one. New lock will be provided. Change old toilet paper holder to new one, for 2 toilets. Toilet paper holder will be provided. Remove old toilet seat and bidet and install new one, for 2 toilets. Need to be purchased.

A screen wire door has come off the hinges needs to be screwed back on
