The top section of the bathroom glass shower door cannot be tucked in so the door isn't closing properly. Not sure whether this can be fixed by adjusting the hinges. I can see the gap at the top session of the glasses is slightly bigger than the bottom section.

The runners of a kitchen drawer seem to be broken and the drawers themselves r falling apart. This means they r either getting stuck or squeaking. Would need a qualified handyman to fix this. Would like to have locks placed on 3 doors. 2 bedroom doors and 1 bathroom door. I also have a blind in a bedroom that is a bit stuck so would to have that looked into. I think the task requires someone to come to the apartment first to evaluate the situation before going to purchase products and fixing the issue. I need an experienced tradesman to Remove the existing sliding door which is floor to ceiling height(2600H x 1270W) and install a normal bedroom door( 2040H x 815W) by covering up the extra space between the ceiling and the door. Basically when you remove the sliding door you will see that the doorway is really big. You will have to create a smaller doorway for the new door by covering up with plasterboards and timber. And install the new door. Happy to do a video call before you guys present a quote. Please remember that I have recently organised and finished a similar job and I am aware of how much it costs. So no exorbitant quotes. You will also paint and cleanup after the job.
