I backed into the bottom of my garage panel door before it fully opened and it has a dent in it. Just want to gauge if it is an extensive repair. Professionally I have been quoted to replace the door. That seems a bit excessive. 🤔 or is it?

My security screen door has come off it hinges and is not closing properly. Also a portion of the timber frame has rotted and will need to be replaced. The hinges can probably be reused. Just needs external screws and rivets.
