It will need to be done manually using the emergency release and then lowering the door on the tracks. Not a difficult job, just something I'm not comfortable doing myself. Double garage tilt door. Springs are intact. As long as you try to close it manually, you will still get paid even if there is an unforeseen issue that stops the door from closing.
