Must be done ASAP (Thursday 3 September) 5 minute job Garage door motor not working and technician is coming tomorrow to fix it. I just want to close the garage door overnight. It will need to be done manually using the emergency release and then lowering the door on the tracks. Not a difficult job, just something I'm not comfortable doing myself. Double garage tilt door. Springs are intact. As long as you try to close it manually, you will still get paid even if there is an unforeseen issue that stops the door from closing.

The job includes: * Removing existing white door knobs * Installing new bronze horizontal lever handles * Changing the existing dummy knobs on our linen press/cupboard doors to new bronze dummy knobs * Ensuring all handles are fitted neatly, level and working correctly * Leaving doors clean and tidy after installation New handles are a straight swap into the existing doors. The only modification required is chiselling/recessing the door jamb slightly for the new strike plates so they sit flush and align correctly with the latch. All new handles will be supplied by us.
