Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair, sand and paint a small crack on an internal wall directly above a doorway. The job involves: - Fixing a jagged crack on the Gyprock wall running from the door trim up to the ceiling (approx. 40cm long). - Repairing the cracked decorative cornice directly above it. - Properly taping (using mesh or paper joint tape), mudding (base + top coats), and sanding it perfectly smooth. - Painting the repaired wall and cornice section to blend in. Please supply all plastering materials and color-matched paint. Please let me know your hourly rate. Thanks

X1 door - sand, paint and replace doorknob. X1 bathroom door - remove, sand and paint.

Shower sliding door isn’t closing and opening properly, seems like one of the parts which holds the door in position is broken. There sliders are working fine, but it’s not holding the door in close or open position properly.
