Job includes: * Remove the existing lightweight bedroom door. * Fit and hang the new SCX1 solid-core door (door supplied). * Install the supplied hinges. * Install the supplied door handle/latch. * Trim or adjust the door if required to ensure it opens, closes, and latches smoothly. Just a heads-up that the SCX1 is a fairly heavy solid-core door, as it’s being installed to improve sound insulation in the room. I have put in a screen door, but it won’t shut. The hinges need to be recessed into the wooden frame and on the other side the latch plate needs to be installed and holes made. The holes that are already there are a bit of a mess as this is the third screen door going in that space. May possibly need a new strip of wood put in

Replace laundry door and install dog door We are renting and have our landlord’s permission to temporarily replace our existing laundry door with another door fitted with a dog door. The original door will be stored and reinstalled when we move out.
