A friend installed a door handle. The catch doesn’t line up with the plate on the door frame so I can’t shut the door! Not sure the door plate can be moved to fit. Very annoying.

The extension part of my front rave has broken and it is bending towards the ground from its original position, causing the overhead board crack and need to be replaced. Corelatively to the above issue, The frame of my front door has caused that the door can not be closed properly. The lock side of the door frame has also broken. I need the door to be trimmed so it can open and close without any obstructions, and the lock side of the door to be repaired for the lock to be engaged and disengaged properly. I need a handy man to inspect the issue on-site and come up with a plan to fix both issues.
