The door closer has pulled off the top trim above the door and a little on the left side trim . It looks like there is not enough plaster above the door frame so the screws and nails were not solidly attached into anything. I need someone to pack the space, re attach the architrave and re attach the door closer

I'm looking for my single exterior garage door to be repainted. Steps that need to be followed: - Rust removal - Clean of the door - Priming (anti rust paint) - High quality exterior paint (maybe two thin coats) with a sprayer? Unsure if this can all be done on one day or if the painting would be on a separate day?

Fix or replace the runner on the top of my bifold doors. the top hinge and height adjuster is corroded and now broken by me! I tried to adjsut the height to stop the door sticking and have broken the top runnner mechanism.

The runner in the track has broken and needs replacing. I have will add extra photos... the top hinge/roller does need replacing for sure. I broke the roller part when I was trying to adjust the height of the door wiht the corroded nut you can see...

I need my patio Sliding Door to be adjusted and fixed. It doesn’t appear to be level and the locking mechanism is not aligning with the socket properly. Currently I need to lift it in order to lock / unlock and open the door.. may require new roller wheels underneath the door. The locking mechanism is old and I would also like that replaced with new handle and lock / key if that is possible (not provided).
