I think the winder is damaged. Winder is really difficult to twist. Window only opens to a certain extent and i window doesn’t close properly; water comes in and fills the windowsill when raining.

I have a glass sliding door with one fixed glass panel (no. 1 in photo) and one sliding panel (no. 2 in photo). The frame of the fixed panel has come loose near the top and is leaning out from the wall (see gap in photo). The bottom is still secure. Also, the door as a whole is generally not sealed well and wind/insects get in through gaps around the frame.
