Require internal door replacement installation

I think the winder is damaged. Winder is really difficult to twist. Window only opens to a certain extent and i window doesn’t close properly; water comes in and fills the windowsill when raining.

I need a indoor foldable drying rack installed into my bathroom. Will need to be drilled into the studs within the wall. See pictures to see seize of the drying rack

I have a glass sliding door with one fixed glass panel (no. 1 in photo) and one sliding panel (no. 2 in photo). Need a handyman to install door frame. Person needs to supply door frame and Architraves. I have a 720 door. Handyman will need to also cut out and install door lock.
