The rope of my garage door is not wrapped properly. When open, the rope will off the disk at the very end. Then will not close properly because the rope off the disk.

Existing pivot hinge has snapped on top, needs replacement. Bit are still fine on the door and bottom. I've got the same showerscreen door in another bathroom, attached a photo so you can see what it's like when installed :)

I have a toilet door handle that’s not working from the inside. It needs an Allen key to undo the mechanics and for someone to fix it so that it opens and closes properly and I don’t have the right size Allen key. It’s a simple task i believe I just don’t have the right tools.
