Hello, We have a crack appear in our sliding door in our Apartment at Oaks Aurora. -We are not sure how the crack occured, some friends have suggested it could have been caused by heat. -we would like to get the door assessed for possible cause of crack -As we are a tenent, we want to only get an assessment at this stage -once the caused is established either the landlord will remediate it or us -as such we only want an assesment - we would like this assement emailed to us. -we expect the job will take 20mins to collect keys from Windsor and return to Windsor 40mins -and 10-20 mins to assess at the apartment
