Doors  1. Install 2 x standard 2040x820 hollowcore doors to the studio internal access and studio bathroom.  Note: Bathroom door needs to be cut down due to raised tile area. Existing hardware can be reused but it is recommended to be replaced. Hardware and hinges throughout are currently gold/brass. Existing doors have been removed. 1. Sliding door for external studio access not rolling smoothly. Roller wheels may need to be replaced/tracks oiled.  Screens 1. Install 2 x flyscreens and frames to the top floor bathroom and top floor bedroom closest to the front door. Previous screen for the bedroom is available in the property and bathroom screen frame may be available or may need to be fashioned. The frame will need to be cream to match the existing screens.
