WHAT'S INVOLVED We need someone experienced with masonry fixings and hanging doors. An SDS hammer drill is essential — 10mm holes into double brick. Photos of similar work appreciated. Estimated 3-4 hours. The door is 1380 x 2400 x 40mm, roughly 70kg, going onto a solid double brick wall. The job in order: 1. Fit a merbau timber backing board (2.8m) to the brick, packed and shimmed level. The brick face is uneven so this needs to end up genuinely straight, not just bolted on. 2. Fix the 2.8m top-mount track to the board using masonry anchors. 3. Hang the door and adjust. 4. Fit two adjustable wall-mounted floor guides, a front pull handle and a recessed finger pull on the reverse. 5. Fit and adjust the double-sided soft close. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING Just your usual hand tools. WHAT WE SUPPLY Door, track and hardware kit, wall guides, both handles, soft close, merbau board, masonry anchors and packers. All on site and ready to go. WORKING ALONGSIDE YOU I'm a qualified carpenter and I'll be working with you for the whole job, including the door lift — you won't need to bring an offsider. The one thing I can't do is run the hammer drill, so the masonry drilling is yours. Everything else I'm hands-on for. Information - The door is currently in the garage/patio and needs moving inside. - The ceiling in this room is raked, so headroom at the far end of the track run is tight. It has been measured and it works, but this isn't a standard flat-wall install and we'd rather you know that up front. - Carpet on one side, a tiled step down on the other. WE'RE AFTER Someone with a carpentry qualification and experience with masonry fixings. Estimated 3-4 hours.

Install Bifold Wardrobe Doors (Upgrade from Sliding Doors) Hi, I am looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to install bifold doors for a bedroom wardrobe. • Current State: The wardrobe previously had 3 sliding doors which have been removed. The old sliding track is still in place but may need to be removed. • The Goal: Upgrade to wooden bifold doors with handles for a more current look. • Measurements: The opening is 2080mm (Width) x 2340mm (Height). Scope of Work: 1. Remove the existing sliding door tracks. 2. Supply and install a new bifold track system. 3. Install wooden bifold doors (I am happy to discuss if you want me to pre-purchase these from Bunnings or if you can source/supply them, please advise your preference in quote). 4. Fit handles to the doors. 5. Ensure doors are leveled and aligned correctly.

We require 3 doors to be fixed Door 1: coming apart needs repairing and made smaller so it fits within frame. Second picture is the base of the frame where the door catches Door 2 needs glueing and clamping. This is a very small job. Door 3 needs the bottom of the door shaving down so it doesn’t scrap the tiles
