Timber Window frame is water damaged and is rotting. Needs to be repaired

Hi, I need to get the window frame repair wooden window frame that has extensive water damage.

I have 2 windows that the bottom corners have rotted away. The timber has rotted right through so don’t think bog would fix? Someone suggested I would need to cut the rotted section out and replace with new timber

The frame around the kitchen window behind the sink has water damage and needs repairs. The job includes removing and replacing the damaged section, prepping the surface, and applying fresh paint. Drill out vertical brick mortar joints above 7 windows to create weepholes. Approx 2-3 joints per window. These will be marked by the Owner. It’s a single storey. Ladder is on site . Allow for 28 weepholes for pricing purposes in case I need a few additional weepholes

The roller window is not working and I need it to be replaced You have to get the box by yourself and I will reimburse this separately.. We have tried fixing couple of times , but it goes bad. Please quote only if you are able to replace the box.

A flyscreen of a window came loose. Just need to fasten it. Bolts are still there. Pls see pics. (Sticky tape is the temporary solution.. pls take the tape off after fastening). Great if you can provide an invoice.
