Water damage. Need to replace part of the window frame.

2 Slats on window shutters have broken off, just need to be re-attached. It looks like the plastic thing that attaches the slats to the frame have snapped.

Old double hung window from the 90s, the bottom panel doesn’t pop up and also doesn’t stay up. It falls down immediately after opened. I assume it needs new tracks

I have a number of windows that need the rubber replaced after the strong winds. The rubber is deteriorated in a number of windows (8-10) and the insurance is not covering it due to the wear and tear. I would need someone to come out and quote a cash job. Recently built a catio outside my bedroom window but am not happy with the entrance. Id like a cat door installed, and will also need security screen kept on with it. I figure its an easy ish job for someone with the right tools/parts. Ideally id be able to lock the cat window but keep the actual window open also if possible. I am in Benowa, Gold Coast. Window leaks badly when the rain strikes it directly. Had the window sill replaced recently and during heavy cyclone rain after that a lot of water is coming inside the house from the middle and along the right hand side of the window. I have tried to determine where the water may be getting in by using a hose and it only happens when I wet the top of the sill area so definitely not from the roof. I also confirmed its not coming in thru the weep holes as the “channel” inside was dry

The window fence broke and i want to install new one

We would like to service our aluminum glass windows and doors on our unit and replace some of the seals to stop air, gaps and wind noises and just general upkeep. One small pop out window needs replacement hinge.

I have 11 dark brown window shutters, some have panels which have come loose, would like them repaired and the shutters sanded back and repainted white.

Our window smashed during the storm and we boarded the window up temporarily to stop the weather coming indoors. When we removed the board half of the window trim came with it.

Vines and wind have pushed a pain of glass in which fortunately hasn’t smashed, cut back plants and reinstall pain. Sorry I’m not sure how it was installed originally. Also make and install downpipe spreader and wash off and gutter guard and clean up deck under when finished. Ideally looking for an ongoing handyman I can call on for repairs so ideally local or happy to travel ongoing. House is an Airbnb so will require ongoing repairs Happy for repairs to be any time after 10am tomorrow or before 3pm on Tuesday

From the recent stormy weather there has been some water damage to the following areas in my apartment which I would like repaired. 1. Wall damage underneath the wall of the air conditioner 2. Base of 2 windows have damp water damage near the closing edge of the window. See photos for above.
