I have a sash window that with the lock on, still rattles in the frame. The window also lets in noise from outside that I am looking to reduce. If anyone with sash window experience can assist to investigate if this means the window needs repairing or if not if it potentially just needs some draft excluders or similar installed and can assist please message.

I have three minor handyperson tasks to be completed. 1. I have old style industrial warehouse windows. Three of them won’t close. Two of them, I think, just need some paint and rust removed from the hinges and probably some oil. The third appears to be actually broken and needs repair. 2. The front of a kitchen drawer has fallen off. My research seems to show that the bracket fixture is not longer available to buy, so it needs another alternative. 3.
