Replace base of window frame and repair French door currently sagging

Bedroom 1 window frame to be replaced and double glazed. Depending on price, same with bedroom 2 but doorway will need to be bricked up (bricks are already on property)

The job is at first floor level inside and exterior will need to be accessed. The weather has got into the frame and swollen the steel and a couple of spots, I think the glass has to be removed but they're only small panes of about 1 m meter. We are having scaffolding erected at the front of the house soon to complete another job so hopefully you can use that to access the exterior.

I recently had some timber replaced in a window frame (bottom left corner of frame). An undercoat has been applied but the repaired section requires a top coat (2 coats). Colour required is Dulux Hog Bristle Quarter in Gloss.

I need the external frame of a newly installed window painted and the old broken glass removed (the installer left it behind). The window is on the second floor, so access will require either a scaffold, harness, or reaching across from the adjacent balcony using appropriate equipment. Must have experience with exterior access work and bring your own gear. Please quote me!

There are a couple of window frames in my apartment that need to be repaired as the wood has rotted due to damp. The job would require cutting out the rotten segment and repairing and filling it.

Bathroom window frame has rotted at bottom panel. It’s an old window so timer was used. Due to moisture in bathroom the timber doesn’t dry and gathers condensation. Possibility of requiring aluminium frame instead. Measurements are 111mm high x 77mm wide.

Window had been sealed. Now working. Looking for someone to clear out rotton wood, harden whats left and fill in frame again. Just need window functional again. Thanks - Due date: Before Wednesday, 6 March 2024

Repair internal damage to window frame/wall and seal outside from where the water is coming in / add a flashing along the top of the window area ?...I can forward photos of internal damage and please note that external works scaffolding is in place for major roof replacement works...these will help for 2nd [mine] and 3rd level if required,my unit is middle of 3 levels/6 units,other units below and above may also agree to get their window done also. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 5 July 2023

Blind and the window edging it was attached to has come loose from someone pulling too hard on the chain. Should be a quick job for someone with a step ladder, drill and some screws. Have attached photo. Also in another room there is a blind that the chain has separated, needs someone to feed back through then crimp together with some pliers as the join is too loose at the moment.
