Window frames need to be painted and sealed with water proof sealant .

I've had some old curtains removed from 10 windows and it has left little holes where the screws came from. Approximately 4 holes per window need to be sanded field and painted. I don't need the whole window frame redone just those small areas. There are also two small holes in the wall that need filling. I think I should have the paint here too.

The wood swing open window rails have been damaged and is rotten because of water. The windows rails need replacement. Repaint is not required.

I need someone to either repair the bottom half of a rotted timber casement window frame, or replace the whole frame if needed. I already have a glazier who can replace the glass. The window frame is approximately 1500mmx750mmx40mm.
