I’m moving into a new house and need the windows cleaned before. I have included photos of all windows requiring cleaning plus the glass pool fence. All windows need to be done inside and out. The only day available for the job to be done is on Tuesday June 3.

Washing 1 exterior window one level up in a block of units. A ladder will be required. There are drip marks on the window that are quite stuck on is the main thing that needs removing.

I need the fly wire replaced on one kitchen window that is approx 90cm x 55cm in size. I’m in an apartment based on the 2nd floor. Access to the window from inside or potentially balcony. This budget includes labour and materials. I will need you to provide the materials. I am looking for someone who can do this job after hours during the week I.e. 5:30pm onwards or anytime on the weekend.

Removal of screens from balcony

The fly screen has popped off the window of my guest bedroom. The window is also supremely dirty, so would like to clean it before the fly screen goes back on. The trick is that the window is about 5m above the ground. I live in a ground floor flat but below is a car park. So you’ll need a ladder, which I don’t have.

We are living in 2 story flat, which has veranda in the back for both levels. All the dirt comes through the upstairs deck onto our veranda. We would like to have some kind of ceiling which would separate us but which would allow the dirt from upstairs to get itself rid of.

The hall length skylight only needs to be cleaned from above and is rated for 200kg walk on so no issue. Interested in optional fee for underneath of skylight but would require stepladder.
