At the start of its cycle, there's a loud banging noise in the pipes, which seems to be water hammer. When I turn off the main valve and release the remaining water through other taps, the noise disappears. However, it returns as soon as the washing machine is in use again. Please assess the situation during your visit and discuss possible solutions. Based on my observations, I expect the fix may involve adjusting a valve and/or installing a water hammer arrester.

The water pipe of the washing machine is not opened and screwed, so it leaks, and it leaks even if it is pasted with waterproof tape. It should be necessary to remove the waterproof tape and reinstall it, which is very simple.
