Update: will need to organise a good date and time together for a weekday one washing machine needs to be disconnected and moved to outside area, second machine is next to laundry spot and needs to be connected. There is a dryer on top of the current machine which will need to go back on top of the second machine machines are small/medium sized front loader there is a door track between the inside and outside approx 10cm tall and machine needs to be lifted onto a raised part inside small shed approx 30cm please note, photos will follow on monday 09/06 budget is an estimate for the whole job, negotiable

My washing machine is not working. The supplier has said it is not a manufacturing fault but something seems to be stuck in the pump. They’ve given some instructions to how to clear the pump but I don’t feel confident doing it myself. I need someone to come to my house and clear the pump for me and hopefully get my washing machine going again! Someone with experience with white goods please. Required to bring your own tools and leave area clean afterwards.
