I’m having an issue with our washing machine. The drain plug is jammed, and I haven’t been able to get it open. It also seems that the water isn’t draining properly, so I’m hoping to get someone out to help unjam the plug and unblock the drain. It's a BOSCH

Washing Machine doesn’t power on

Used the washing machine once and it’s starting to leak, need someone to come take a look at it and fix the problem, there’s no damage to it possibly just not set up correctly or a loose wipe with the water ?

Our Simpson Eziset 605 washing machine has suddenly stopped receiving water from the cold water pipe. As far as we can tell the pipe isn't blocked and the wall valve is fine, but it won't receive cold water for some reason. Would like someone to look at it and identify the problem.
