I bought a Simpson washing machine (ezi sensor swf10761) from FB marketplace and in transit the drain hose tore. I bought a new drain hose and attempted to replace this myself but I can’t get the drain hose out of the washing machine. It doesn’t look like the side panels can be removed either but not sure. I just need help replacing the hose. It will probably be a very quick job for someone that knows what they are doing. The hose tore where it enters the washing machine. You can see in the first image, I cut it to pull it out but it just won’t come out. The second image is the new hose.

We moved house and need someone to connect the wash mashing to the pipes. The connecting pipe attached is too short by about 10/15cm. Hello :) We need a washing machine disconnected and brought down to the street (from apartment 9). We then need a washing machine disconnected and moved up to apartment 9 (from apartment 1). We also need the washing machine to be connected in apartment 9. Must have own tools/trolley to move the machines. No lift, and apartment 9 is up 2x flights of stairs.
