Westinghouse Easycare 500 washing machine not disposing of water from exit hose. Water building up and only being possible to release by lower exit release point. Nothing blocking the filter from what I can see when I open and release the water form the lower water exit point on the front. Looking to have this repaired asap

Hi, my Bosch Serie 4 front-load washing machine (EcoSilence Drive) is stuck at 0:45 mins and not progressing through the cycle. It doesn’t spin, rinse, or reset properly from the panel. Just moved house and washing machine not draining. Drain hose works when not connected to the pipe. However, when connected the water is not flowing and machine doesn't drain. Purchased a house extension as I thought the pipe was over stretched but that didn't work.
