Need 85 Sqm of vinyl plank floor installed. Floor is level but has some areas requiring patching (old carpet nails). Floor/adhesive is ready and on site.

Remove and replace broken/cracked floorboards. There’s around 20 throughout that have lifted or cracked and seperated, I’ve had them fully replaced twice in the last 8 years, I still have spare boxes of these ones and hoping to have repaired to last another year or two before having to replace all flooring again. We need to get some stump work done in our house. It has been recommended that the existing floating hybrid flooring be removed prior, then relaid after the stump work is done.
