Looking for experienced tiler to tile 7sqm verandah. Area has been prepped and is ready to go. Tiles purchased from reputable supplier and are 200x200. Everything will be supplied - tiles, grout, adhesive and spaces.

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.

Details: Install 20x20 cm tiles in a chequerboard pattern, with a black 100mm border with diagonal insert - see attached reference photo. Area: 10 metres x 1.9 metres. I want to tile both sides and the face that are 15 cm off the ground of the raised concrete slab. The concrete is in good condition and has been prepped for tiling. Tiles will be supplied – just need a professional to complete the installation, and bring their own materials, including the glue and grout and tools to get the job done. Looking for an experienced tiler with attention to detail and skill in patterned layouts. Let me know your availability and estimated time to complete the job.

Verandah needs to be tiled so paint needs to be removed. I need someone with concrete grinder to remove. 45m2.

Sand, fill bottom of verandah posts with exterior grade wood filler. Repaint verandah uprights x 4 and repaint trim. Needs ladder, labour & other materials but paint supplied by home owner

Paint exterior of home, paint will be provided will need to supply ladder if the one I have is not sufficient. Painting of eves, bread day posts and all trim including window surrounds and front door.

We are getting the materials of our verandah delivered at end of November and we require an installer to build it. Ideally we would like it done before xmas assuming the materials arrive.

Existing Stratco verandah fixed to the house (2 sections - 1st section approx 10m long x 5m wide and 2nd section 9m long x 4m wide). I want both sections taken down and then re-installed on the same site in a different location (as free standing). Both sections don't need to be done at the same time (either disassembly or re-install) Posts are cemented in and need to be cut and replaced in new location. New posts will also be required at the end that was fixed to the roof joists. Section 1 has 4 posts and Section 2 has 3 posts. There are a few beams that are dyna bolted to the bricks. - Due date: Flexible
