Looking for experienced tiler to tile 7sqm verandah. Area has been prepped and is ready to go. Tiles purchased from reputable supplier and are 200x200. Everything will be supplied - tiles, grout, adhesive and spaces.

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.

Existing Stratco verandah fixed to the house (2 sections - 1st section approx 10m long x 5m wide and 2nd section 9m long x 4m wide). I want both sections taken down and then re-installed on the same site in a different location (as free standing). Both sections don't need to be done at the same time (either disassembly or re-install) Posts are cemented in and need to be cut and replaced in new location. New posts will also be required at the end that was fixed to the roof joists. Section 1 has 4 posts and Section 2 has 3 posts. I need to change/renovate the roof of my verandah and also add waterproof shades/curtains (not expensive ones. roll up curtains would do. example photo added) on the sides. House has dropped which is causing Verandah not to drain water. Believe the Verandah needs to be lowered at front to drain. Also needs few new clear sheets. Will need job quoting as unsure exactly what needs to be done to fix it - Due date: Flexible
