Need a handyman with carpentry skills to wall mount a 75" Samsung Frame Pro in an old Queenslander in Newmarket. I want TV hanging like a 'picture frame'.The wall is timber panels with raised vertical battens and recessed panels, so the Samsung Slim Fit mount can't go straight on the wall. The job is to build a flat timber backing so the 75" TV sits flush against the wall as intended, then fit the Samsung mount to it. Preferred method: Marine ply infill piece cut to sit flush with the battens, fitted into the recesses either side of the centre batten. I have a Samsung Frame TV to be mounted on the wall, I have the wall mount and I do have some masonry plugs and screws, I have attached a few small things to the wall at other places in the flat and found it was 15mm plasterboard ontop of brick, but I am not 100% sure of the wall type for this TV area, so would value someone with experience, stud finding equipment if necessary and screws/tools in case it is not as expected.
