2 balconies of 4.2 SQM & 6 SQM require existing tiles to be replaced, regrouted & sealed. 1 balcony of 11 SQM requires existing tiles to be regrouted & sealed. Work needs to be completed by a balcony tiling specialist who can provide a warranty and uses specialist waterproofing products. Scope of works: 2 Balconies to have tiles replaced (tile size 300 x 300) Remove existing floor and skirting tiles. Remove the cement bed. Screed new cement bed. Apply waterproofing membrane including installation of flexible bandage to perimeters Fit new tiles (to be provided) Apply EPOXY to all opened grout joints, including skirting tiles, top of skirting and the perimeter of the balcony. Reseal balcony balustrading and balcony doorways Remove existing silicone sealants from the balcony Clean and remove all rubbish from site Balcony to have existing tiles regrouted and sealed (tile size 300 X 300): Remove existing grout from between the balcony floor tiles, skirting tiles Remove existing grout/sealant from the balcony perimeter. Remove existing sealant from the balcony balustrading and any doorways. Apply epoxy to all de-grouted grout joints, including skirting tiles, top of skirting and the perimeter of the balcony. Reseal balcony balustrading and balcony doorways. Clean off entire balcony tiled area with coating and sealer remover.

1. Remove 4 tiles in shower. Then tile a row of about 80cm long with narrow 6cm x 25cm tiles. Need to cut out tile around mixer. 2. Remove 8 tiles in 2nd shower. Tile 2 rows of narrow 6x 25cm tiles. Cut out around mixer. 3. Remove 7 tiles along the length of a bath 1.6m. Then tile with narrow 6x 25cm tiles. Cut out tile for mixer. 4. Remove 10 tiles along the width of another bath about 1m long. Then tile 2 rows with 6 x 25cm tiles. Cut out for mixer and spout.

Rectangular shape approx 5 meters by 3 meters. See picture.
