Would like to have the bathroom tiles regrouted. Probably just the wall tiles for now. The wall tiles don’t go all the way up, they probably take up less than half the space of the walls. It’s a very small bathroom 2 by 2 metres or so. Would also like to have sealer applied if needed anywhere eg. bathtub.

We are in the process of installing a new kitchen bench top and splash back. The current current bench top, splash back need to be removed and disposed. It is to be done in two stages: Stage 1 -------- 1. Remove existing splash back tiles 2. Render the wall in preparation to install a new stone splash back. 3. Uninstall the bench top but keep the sink, plumbing and cook top intact. This is to continue to use the kitchen while stone mason cuts/customises the bench top stone for installation in their workshop. Approximately two weeks is required. Stage 2 --------- This stage is to be done two days prior to installation of the bench top and splash back. 1. Remove the sink, detach and cap off the plumbing. 2. Remove the gas cook top. 3.
