The concrete slab in my unit needs to be leveled with screeding and finished to prepare for hybrid flooring installation. the area to be levelled is 30sqm covering the living and kitchen areas. The area has a difference of 40mm between the highest and lowest point in one of the corners and 10mm difference on the opposite corner, please see image attached for clarity.
